Our office of Wertime Guyer LLC is located at 35 North Carlisle Street Suite A, in downtown Greencastle PA. The entrance to our office is located in the back of the Life Center Church building.
About David
David C. Wertime is a native of the Greencastle and Antrim community. He graduated Wittenberg University in 1980 with majors in economics and political science. He is a 1984 graduate of the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Franklin County Bar Association.
David joined Rudolf M. Wertime, J. Dennis Guyer and Jay H. Gingrich in the firm of Wertime, Guyer & Gingrich as an associate in 1984, and became a partner with the firm in 1990. In 1992, Rudolf M. Wertime, J. Dennis Guyer and David formed the firm of Wertime & Guyer; and in 2003, J. Dennis Guyer and David formed the firm of Wertime & Guyer LLP. Rudolf M. Wertime retired in 2004, and J. Dennis Guyer retired in 2016. In 2016, David, together with Annie R. Gómez Shockey, formed the firm of Wertime & Gómez LLP. Annie was elected as Magisterial District Judge for Waynesboro and Washington Townships and left the firm at the end of 2017 to assume her judicial responsibilities.
Wertime Guyer LLC, with David as member/manager, carries on the honorable tradition of the law practice started by his father, Rudolf, in 1936.
David’s primary areas of practice are elder planning, estate and trust planning and administration, and business and real estate law.
